Senior Network Cloud Architect role at Adient. We are looking for a
Senior Network Cloud Architect
to lead the design and implementation of advanced cloud networking solutions. This role is pivotal in driving our hybrid and multi-cloud strategies, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performance connectivity across global environments. Responsibilities
Architect and implement cloud-native and hybrid network infrastructures across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP. Lead the design of secure, resilient, and high-availability network topologies. Define and enforce cloud networking standards, governance, and automation frameworks. Collaborate with security, DevOps, and application teams to align network architecture with business goals. Evaluate and integrate SD-WAN, VPN, Direct Connect, ExpressRoute, and other connectivity solutions. Drive network observability, performance tuning, and incident response strategies. Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across projects. Requirements
Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent technical competency. Experience deploying Fortinet FW and F5 Devices in AWS/Azure/21Vnet environments. Applicant needs to have professional written and verbal communication skills. Experience working with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide excellent customer service. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. 8+ years of experience in network engineering, with 3+ years in cloud network architecture including related documentation. Deep expertise in routing, switching, firewalls, DNS, and load balancing. Strong hands-on experience with cloud networking services (e.g., AWS Transit Gateway, Azure Virtual WAN). Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation). Familiarity with Zero Trust architectures and network segmentation strategies. Preferred Certifications
AWS Certified Advanced Networking Specialty Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Primary Location
