Responsibilities
Review daily transactions and checklists for completion and accuracy Ensure all guests are served promptly and courteously Apply problem solving skills to resolve guest issues to their satisfaction Follow proper cash handling procedures and be able to post and reconcile charges applied to guest receipts Ensure emergency notification procedures are followed in the event of issues taking place overnight Communicate effectively between all shifts and departments
Qualifications
Previous customer service experience with proven ability to thrive working the overnight shift Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to read, write, type and use basic technology Ability to stand for an entire shift and lift at least 25 pounds Availability to work weekends and holidays
