Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced

IT Project Manager

to oversee and coordinate multiple hardware lifecycle and upgrade projects across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in IT project management, with a focus on hardware replacement initiatives and operating system upgrades. This role will require strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Project, and Planner. Base pay range

$75.00/hr - $90.00/hr Schedule: Onsite to start and then move to Hybrid days. Duration: 12 months with possible extension. Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end planning and execution of annual hardware lifecycle projects, including desktop and laptop replacements and rugged laptop replacements. Oversee OS upgrade deployments, ensuring timely and efficient rollout. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to meet project goals and timelines. Develop and maintain project documentation, schedules, and budgets using Excel and Microsoft Project/Planner. Track project financials and ensure alignment with approved budgets. Monitor project progress and risks, ensuring issues are addressed promptly. Load and manage scheduling data via Excel into internal scheduling systems. Provide regular updates and reporting to leadership on project status and milestones.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably in hardware and OS upgrade projects. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including financial tracking and data loading for schedules). Experience with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

CSAM (Certified Software Asset Manager) and/or CHAMP (Certified Hardware Asset Management Professional) certification. Experience managing vendor relationships in enterprise IT environments. Familiarity with enterprise IT hardware standards and lifecycle practices.

The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
