Redhorse Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Executive Administrative Assistant - Level III to support the Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy's Golden Field Office (GFO). This role provides comprehensive administrative support, ensures efficient operations, and contributes directly to the success of critical energy initiatives. You will manage complex tasks, coordinate communications, and support the GFO team's daily operations. Responsibilities Perform professional-level tasks requiring independent judgment, initiative, and tact with high attention to detail. Draft and track correspondence. Extensive use of Microsoft Office 365, including Excel (creating, formatting, editing, tracking, etc.); Word (creating tables, write-protecting information, formatting, editing, converting documents from PDF to Word, mail merge for small and large projects); PowerPoint; Outlook (calendar and mailbox management). Timekeeping for federal employees. Assist with meeting setup, including webinars and video conferences. Prepare reports and make recommendations for actions. Create complex travel arrangements and vouchers in the Concur system. Perform project management duties, event planning, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with preferred discipline in Business Administration or Management; 4 years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree; 5 years of relevant experience. A Master's Degree may be substituted for 2 years of experience. Excellent attention to detail. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and file-sharing applications. Professional attitude and strong learning skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to competently deal with changing requirements.

Compensation and Benefits
