We are seeking an experienced and driven Associate Attorney with 5+ years of litigation experience to join our legal team. This role focuses on handling a wide range of complex matters involving commercial and residential real estate disputes, including landlord/tenant issues and property-related litigation. Responsibilities:

Manage a diverse caseload of real estate litigation matters, including commercial property disputes, residential property claims, landlord/tenant matters, and related transactions. Conduct legal research, analyze case law, and develop effective litigation strategies tailored to each case. Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents. Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations. Provide legal counsel and strategic guidance to clients regarding real estate and landlord/tenant disputes. Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on complex cases. Prepare and respond to discovery requests, including document review and production. Maintain proactive communication with clients and ensure cases progress efficiently. Stay current on developments in real estate law and litigation practices. Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in [State/Jurisdiction]. 5+ years of litigation experience, with a strong background in real estate and landlord/tenant law. Proven experience representing clients in court, depositions, and negotiations. In-depth knowledge of commercial and residential real estate laws and regulations. Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and oral advocacy skills. Ability to manage cases independently while working collaboratively within a team.
