Quick Service Shift Lead
you will serve as a member of the restaurant management team by providing leadership, direction and supervision to Team Members during their shift and ensuring a high - quality experience for guests.
The
Quick Service Shift Lead
provides operational leadership:
By leading through servant leadership and completing all necessary front of house and back of house duties are completed, customers have a positive experience and food preparation and presentation meet the Housing Dining standards and food safety protocols. Through the delegation of shift duty assignments to staff/students to ensure all stations are covered and maintaining appropriate order processing times. Overseeing the front of house and/ or back of house restaurant operations during scheduled shifts. Ensure products and ingredients are stocked and available based on forecasting. Train new team members. Ensure presentation, quality, and food standards are met. Provide excellent customer service to all guest through front end and back-end operations. Greet all guests in a friendly manner and addressing guest concerns Accurately entering orders into the POS system and cashier duties Complete food preparation and monitoring food quality and safety Ensure that food lines are adequately stocked and front end condiments are filled. Operate dish machine, ensure cleaning duties, opening, and closing procedures are completed before end of shift. Operate the computer for some training, email, and other related tasks.

Minimum Required Qualifications
High school diploma/GED plus three years of food preparation experience and mastery of all kitchen and dining tasks and attributes; equivalent experience/education considered. Ability to read, write, weigh, and measure necessary. The ability to communicate is essential. Must have the ability to train and lead others. Food Handler's permit or ability to obtain by passing the Safety and Sanitation test required. Ability to lift up to 50lbs and push/pull up to 100lbs required.
Preferred Qualifications
Supervisory experience preferred.
Pre-Placement Driving Record Review Required No
Physical Required Yes
Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required. Subject to DOT approved pre-employment & random testing for alcohol and controlled substances. No
Criminal History Background Check Required Yes
