Staffmark is hiring a Data Entry Clerk to join a leading document and records management company in Bonner Springs, KS. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a role that values accuracy, confidentiality, and teamwork. Pay & Schedule Pay: $19.00 per hour Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What You'll Do Accurately input and index orders and records into internal systems Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism Perform clerical and administrative tasks as needed Work with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, Word) Handle sensitive records while maintaining confidentiality Lift boxes/files up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods

What We're Looking For 1+ year of data entry experience At least 1 year of customer service experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication and a customer-focused mindset Ability to stay accurate and focused during repetitive tasks
