Senior Bridge Project Manager
Norwood, MA My client is seeking a highly experienced
Senior Project Manager
to join our Bridge Design Group. This role offers the opportunity to lead complex structural design and load rating projects, mentor junior engineers, and engage directly with clients and agencies across New England. Responsibilities
Provide technical and managerial oversight on bridge and structural design projects. Lead structural design and load rating efforts for transportation agencies including MassDOT, MBTA, RIDOT, and NHDOT. Serve as an Owner's Project Manager (OPM) on select assignments. Oversee use of engineering software and tools for design documentation. Mentor and develop junior and project-level engineers. Prepare project agreements, budgets, schedules, and staffing plans. Manage project financials, including billing, invoicing, and profitability. Represent the team in client meetings and public presentations. Publish engineering papers and remain active in technical societies. Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution. Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE) certification. 10+ years of progressive experience in project management. Strong background in bridge, roadway, railroad, marina, or port design and inspection. Proven leadership in managing complex projects and multidisciplinary teams. Excellent communication, organizational, and client-facing skills. Benefits
