Senior Manager, AI Transformation
role at HackerOne. This remote-friendly position is targeted for candidates within ~50 miles of Seattle, WA or Washington, DC. HackerOne is seeking a Senior Manager to help lead AI Transformation initiatives on our Enterprise Data & AI team. This role will focus on shaping and executing our AI and SaaS strategies, ensuring they align with business priorities and drive measurable impact. You will partner with leadership to translate vision into actionable plans, manage high-value AI/SaaS initiatives, and enable adoption across the business. The HackerOne Enterprise Data & AI team democratizes source of truth information, transformative insights, and AI tooling and infrastructure to power enhanced decision-making, autonomous execution, and mission-aligned scale. Responsibilities
Program Leadership – Manage AI Transformation initiatives, contributing to the strategy and roadmap in alignment with company priorities. Translate high-level goals into clear project plans and execution milestones. Scaling with AI – Identify and lead initiatives that use AI agents and automation to streamline repeatable work, while enabling teams to focus on strategic, creative, and high-impact activities. AI & SaaS Operations – Oversee delivery of AI and SaaS solutions in partnership with internal teams and external vendors. Support adoption through clear communication, enablement, and change management. Cross-Functional Collaboration – Build strong relationships across functions to ensure AI and SaaS capabilities are effectively integrated into workflows, driving measurable business outcomes. Team Development – Lead and coach a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement. Incident Management – Play a vital role in managing incidents for business-critical assets as part of our on-call rotation. Help develop clear response processes and playbooks for various types of incidents. Minimum Qualifications
8+ years of experience in IT, Business Applications, Engineering, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of leading and managing teams, including global and distributed teams. Experience driving AI and automation initiatives and managing AI and SaaS portfolios. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving operational efficiency through technology. Demonstrated project management, change management, and business transformation experience, ideally in a fast-paced or pre-IPO environment. Proven track record of driving innovation, adopting emerging technologies, and implementing industry best practices. Passion for working backwards from the Customer and empathy for business stakeholders. Thrive on solving ambiguous problem statements in an early-stage environment. Excellent communication skills, and can present data-driven narratives in verbal, presentation, and written formats. Experience shaping strategic vision and roadmaps for AI and SaaS. Experience working with Agile and iterative development processes. Compensation
