Network Engineer
to join our Global Campus Engineering team. In this role, youll provide advanced network support, manage
enterprise-grade Cisco and Palo Alto solutions , and help keep our global infrastructure running at peak performance. Youll work on high-impact issues, support automation initiatives, and collaborate across teams to deliver reliable connectivity for world-class brands. Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues (Tier 3 support) across enterprise and distribution center environments. Configure switches,
VLANs, and routing changes according to standards. Monitor network performance using
SolarWinds and Cisco Catalyst Center . Administer
Palo Alto firewalls (Panorama) policies, NAT, VPNs
and segmentation. Manage IP addresses and DNS records in BlueCat. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure application connectivity and performance. Participate in Agile projects using JIRA; handle service requests in ServiceNow. Requirements
7+ years of experience as a Network Engineer in a large enterprise environment. Advanced Cisco networking skills (Catalyst 93009600, Nexus) with strong CLI expertise. Deep understanding of EIGRP, BGP, and VRF-lite. Basic wireless troubleshooting (AP connectivity and trunking). Strong Palo Alto firewall skills with Panorama management. Experience with
IPAM (BlueCat), SolarWinds, Cisco Catalyst Center . Skilled in Agile workflows and ITSM tools (JIRA, ServiceNow). Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; able to work independently in high-pressure environments. About BrickRed Systems
