Project Manager

will oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects in the Columbus market, from preconstruction through project closeout. This individual will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Manager will serve as the primary contact for clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal staff. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution Develop project budgets, schedules, logistics plans, and risk management strategies. Direct daily operations to achieve project safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives. Client & Stakeholder Relations Act as the main liaison with clients, architects, engineers, and trade partners. Build and maintain client relationships that drive repeat business and referrals. Leadership & Team Development Manage and mentor project engineers, superintendents, and field staff. Foster a collaborative environment that emphasizes communication, accountability, and professional growth. Financial & Contract Management Monitor and manage project costs, cash flow, and financial reporting. Review and approve change orders, subcontractor invoices, and vendor payments. Negotiate and administer contracts with owners, subcontractors, and suppliers. Risk, Safety & Quality Control Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle. Enforce the companys world-class safety program, ensuring compliance with OSHA and corporate standards. Oversee quality control processes to meet or exceed client expectations. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of progressive project management experience in commercial construction. Demonstrated success managing large-scale, multi-million-dollar projects from preconstruction through completion. Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, estimating, and financial management. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in project management and construction software (Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, etc.). Why Our Client?
