Responsibilities Kforce has a client in Acton, MA that is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Project Manager for a 6-month temporary assignment. This role will be instrumental in supporting the discovery, design, and initial implementation phases of a new international capability center.
Collaborate across HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) — including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR Operations, HR Business Partners, and Learning & Development — to align on design decisions
Integrate HR workstreams into the broader project governance and delivery model
Track and monitor HR-related milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or HR certification (PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred
5+ years of experience in Human Resources, Project Management, or HR Program Management
Strong knowledge of HR processes and experience coordinating across multiple HR COEs
Proven project management skills, including planning, tracking, reporting, and issue resolution
Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence and collaborate across geographies and organizational levels
Experience in global HR initiatives, shared services, or capability center builds is a strong plus
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities
Compensation and Benefits The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
