This role is vital for the success of our retail operations. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will engage with wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, answer queries about our products, and recommend tailored solutions. Your ability to resolve customer concerns quickly will be crucial to ensuring maximum satisfaction. You will be responsible for staying informed about product features and maintaining high visual and quality standards within the store. Achieving excellent customer service while meeting the store's sales goals is a key aspect of this position. The selected candidate will be expected to work at the following locations: Store #701742, 1253 Market St, Union Gap, WA 98903 and Store #703569, 6410 W Nob Hill Blvd Ste 102, Yakima, WA 98908. This is a Full-Time position with a starting rate of $18.25/hr. In this position, you will interact with customers, which may include minors, and handle cash and other payment methods. Due to the nature of this position, a review of criminal history will be conducted to ensure the safety and integrity of our operations and clients. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years old. Must be legally authorized to work in the country without needing sponsorship. Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation. Must be available to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. One (1) year of experience in retail, customer service, or delivery positions. Experience in selling paint and related products is a plus. Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages, especially Spanish.
