EDI Integrations Developer: We are seeking a highly skilled EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) Integrations Developer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining EDI systems and integrations. You will work closely with business partners, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless data exchange across various platforms, with a specific focus on common EDI transactions such as 940, 945, 944, 847, 990, and the use of Cleo Integration Cloud.
Base pay range
$90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Develop, configure, and maintain EDI transactions, including but not limited to 940 (Warehouse Shipping Order), 945 (Warehouse Shipping Advice), 944 (Warehouse Stock Transfer Receipt), 847 (Material Claim), and 990 (Response to a Load Tender). Design and implement EDI mappings, workflows, and processes to enable secure, efficient, and accurate data exchange between trading partners and internal systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Supply Chain, Finance, Operations) to gather requirements and provide EDI solutions that support business needs. Utilize Cleo Integration Cloud for building and managing EDI integrations, including system monitoring, troubleshooting, and enhancement of EDI workflows. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve EDI transaction errors, ensuring timely and accurate exchange of data. Work with third-party vendors and business partners to onboard new trading partners, perform testing, and manage EDI transactions and workflows. Maintain and document EDI systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. Monitor and optimize EDI performance, ensuring high availability and scalability of EDI systems. Provide ongoing support, including resolving integration issues and collaborating with internal teams to implement new functionalities. Stay updated on EDI and Cleo platform enhancements and industry trends to improve EDI solutions and processes. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience in EDI development and integration. Strong knowledge of common EDI transactions, including 940, 945, 944, 847, and 990. Hands-on experience with Cleo Integration Cloud (CIC) for EDI mapping, integration, and management. Proficiency in EDI standards such as ANSI X12, EDIFACT, or XML. Experience with scripting and programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, or others used in Cleo) for automating integration processes. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical details to non-technical stakeholders. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Experience with ERP systems and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) is a plus. Preferred Skills
Experience with API-based integrations. Knowledge of additional EDI standards and formats. Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing environments. Seniority level
