Business Analysts
to support one of our clients in Richmond, Virginia. Requirements
Strong functional expertise in PeopleSoft v9.2 (Procurement + AP OR Project Costing + Customer Contracts) Experience with the system development life cycle (design, testing, implementations) Ability to read SQL and PeopleCode and use PeopleTools for troubleshooting Excellent communication skills for end-user support and documentation Desired
Broader PeopleSoft experience across multiple modules Prior public-sector or government ERP experience Experience creating or updating job aids and training content Responsibilities
Provide Tier 2 functional support for assigned PeopleSoft modules Troubleshoot issues, manage help desk tickets, and document fixes for developers Collaborate with Tier 3 developers to test code changes and system updates Perform regression/system testing before migrations Update user documentation and training materials as needed Act as a point of contact for business end users to ensure smooth operations Job details
