Overview
This role is pivotal in driving equipment reliability and optimizing maintenance strategies. Youll focus on improving uptime, reducing repair durations, and supporting the deployment of predictive maintenance technologies. Responsibilities
Perform Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA). Review and enhance preventive maintenance work instructions and their frequency. Support the implementation and expansion of predictive maintenance strategies. Measure and evaluate MTBF and MTTR. Provide documentation support for capital projects. Qualifications and Skills
Key Experience: Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field. Strong ability to interpret, analyze, and present technical information with practical judgment. Effective team player with the capability to work independently and drive initiatives forward. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in delivering compelling presentations in both group settings and one-on-one. Knowledgeable in data gathering and analysis techniques, including statistical analysis. Skilled in using data analysis software applications. Familiar with standard quality and reliability tools such as FMEA, Weibull Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, and Statistics. Seniority level
