DPR Construction is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to serve as a Data Analyst working closely with OES Equipment, DPRs internal supplier for equipment and material to construction job sites. This role builds relationships, identifies pain points, helps drive data strategies, and delivers actionable insights. It is part of the Data Analytics team and plays a pivotal role in scaling DPRs internal supply chain operations by using data to optimize utilization, increase transparency, and ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials across all job sites. The role offers opportunities to lead major analytics initiatives across DPR and may evolve into a senior data strategist or cross?functional analytics leader. Participate in and collaborate with the Build Entities Integrated Workgroup and functional teams to align Data Analytics efforts with business goals and objectives. Drive strategic conversations with stakeholders to understand pain points and business requirements, define key insights and metrics, and develop BI datasets and analytics to improve business processes. Collaborate with Integrated Work Group data team leads to develop a roadmap of analytics capabilities for OES that aligns with DPRs broader supply chain strategy. Create, maintain, and execute on data analytics capabilities for stakeholder groups in alignment with overall goals and objectives. Measure success by high?impact dashboards, faster decision?making, and stakeholder satisfaction with analytics solutions. Promote data?driven decision making across operations and supply chain stakeholders as a data change agent. Visualization / Data Modeling

Turn data analysis into accessible insights by ensuring data availability, aligning with business requirements, and developing reporting and analytics to improve processes and inform strategic conversations. Design self?service reporting tools and scalable analytics solutions that reduce manual effort and speed time to insight. Query the Data Warehouse using SQL to analyze datasets and clean data as needed. Identify potential new datasets and integrations for the Data Warehouse and data pipelines. Work with Technical Data Analysts to define data views in dbt and the data warehouse (Snowflake). Create and maintain dashboards and apps and perform ad?hoc analyses as required. Identify root causes of data integrity issues and perform impact analyses on reports when upstream source systems or tables change. Communicate impacts to stakeholders and customers and adhere to data security and governance guidelines. Collaboration / Training / SME

Identify opportunities for data collaboration and integration across disciplines and Technology and Innovation groups. Coordinate alignment with other Technology and Innovation groups where applicable. Explore AI/ML/Data Science opportunities and partner with those teams on project delivery. Train end?users on how to use and interpret dashboards and reports. Improve data literacy across DPR and serve as the SME for data availability, quality, processes, and technology for Supply Chain and Prefabrication functions. Maintain understanding of our data pipeline architecture and communicate its benefits and limitations to end users. Qualifications

Masters degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field, plus three (3) years of relevant experience; or Bachelors degree plus five (5) years of experience. Construction industry knowledge and experience preferred; Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Rental Equipment experience is a plus. Strong passion for data and BI principles to optimize business outcomes; proven ability to translate business pain points into data requirements. Advanced analytics capability including data mining, evaluation, analysis, and visualization. Ability to create data models and understand dependencies between source systems. Experience with data visualization/BI tools (Power BI preferred) and creating/maintaining dataflows. Proficiency with SQL scripting; REST/GraphQL APIs a plus. Experience with Python for data analysis, Git for version control, and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) a plus. Strong business acumen and understanding of typical company operations, with the ability to apply this to improve decision making.
