Business Intelligence Engineer / Senior Data Analyst

$50.00/hr - $60.00/hr This position is contract to hire and will be onsite 5x per week in Charlotte. Requirements: 3+ years of experience as a BI Engineer / Senior Data Analyst Extensive experience building out dashboards in Power BI Experience building pipelines in Databricks Experience with Github and Jira Experience with A/B testing Retail / ecommerce experience HIGHLY preferred Bachelor's or Masters Degree preferred Responsibilities: Frame problems and design analytical approaches including but not limited to data pipelines, KPIs and dashboards. Perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) on datasets and perform descriptive analytics. Understand data pipelines and be able to request/shape data requirements. Design and develop Power BI dashboards. Work with large datasets to integrate multiple data sources for generating insights. Collaborate with business stakeholders and data scientists to consume data outputs and embed into dashboards. Shape requirements for self-service dashboards and data insights. Translate insights into business actions. Streamline analytics and reporting processes. Compensation: $50-60/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
