Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) - 3 site openings! Locations:
Manhattan, Queens, and the Bronx Key Responsibilities: Lead clinical affairs at a designated site, supervise other providers, and collaborate with the Center Director to manage medical operations. Conduct patient interviews, perform physical exams, and prescribe appropriate treatments and medications. Engage in quality improvement initiatives including Medical Record Peer Review, performance audits, and focused reviews. Coordinate tests, referrals, and oversee patient care outside the center. Maintain clear and appropriate documentation of medical records. Participate in provider meetings and perform other related duties as necessary.
