We're looking for dedicated Warehouse Maintenance Specialists to join our 3rd shift team.

Job Requirements
Experience Required: 1 to 3 years
Experience Desired: Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical repair; must possess a personal tool set
Education Desired: High school diploma or equivalent
Licensing Required: Valid Driver's License
Lifting Requirement: Able to lift up to 100 pounds
Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old
Key Responsibilities
Prioritize safety in all maintenance activities.
Repair and perform preventative maintenance on equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
Conduct visual inspections and testing of machinery using electrical and electronic tools.
Diagnose mechanical issues based on observation and equipment performance.
Install, program, and repair automated machinery.
Develop and improve machine parts, jigs, and tools to enhance efficiency.
Maintain and repair the building and grounds using appropriate tools and equipment.
Clean and lubricate equipment parts to ensure smooth operation.
Replace and repair various equipment components as needed.
Utilize cutting and welding equipment as required.
Assemble and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic pipe systems.
Ensure a safe and clean working environment.
Participate in remodeling and new construction projects.
Interpret blueprints, wire schematics, and technical documentation.
Document all maintenance activities, diagnoses, and repairs performed.
Perform any other tasks as assigned.
