Job Description
**Turner & Townsend **is seeking a skilled
Project Controls Analyst
to support a global high-tech client on a large-scale construction program focused on advanced manufacturing facilities. This role centers on cost, schedule, and risk management across complex infrastructure and facility projects, helping ensure delivery on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Support cost control activities including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Assist with change order management and contingency tracking
Reconcile actual costs with GMP and schedule of values
Process invoices, accruals, and journal entries
Maintain cost tracking systems and benchmarking databases
Develop and update project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
Monitor field progress and generate earned value and milestone reports
Coordinate with contractors on schedule alignment and deliverables
Support change control processes and maintain trend logs
Participate in cost and risk meetings; update risk registers
Prepare weekly/monthly reports for stakeholders
Assist in preparing executive-level presentations
Maintain records including change orders, invoices, and closeout documentation
Support RFPs, SOWs, and service agreement development
Track supplier delivery plans and coordinate PO closures
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and supply chain teams
Contribute to a safety-first culture and uphold QA/QC standards
Qualifications: Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience in project controls, cost engineering, or construction estimating
Experience with Power BI is required.
Background in large-scale construction projects, ideally in advanced manufacturing or high-tech sectors
Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Excel, and cloud-based PM tools.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CCP) are a plus
Ability to work a hybrid schedule with regular on-site presence in Chandler, AZ
