Team Member Responsibilities:
Deliver a warm hospitality experience by making eye contact, smiling, and engaging in thoughtful conversations with guests.
Work across various areas including the Dining Room, Front Counter, and Drive-Thru.
Be prepared to be on your feet for several hours.
Perform tasks both indoors and outdoors.
Quickly and thoroughly handle multiple tasks.
Exhibit a team-oriented, adaptable, and dependable work ethic.
Communicate effectively with guests and fellow Team Members.
Follow Chick-fil-A rules and dress code consistently.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Pay Range: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour, based on experience and availability. Opportunities for raises and career advancement come with tenure and training.
