Description Leidos is seeking a highly skilled Senior Contracts Management Expert to join our dynamic Decision Advantaged Solution Business Area team within the National Security Sector. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise, security clearance, and experience in supporting the development and production of innovative technologies that safeguard our warfighters and the nation. You will report directly to the Contracts Director and manage a diverse portfolio of contracts. Primary Responsibilities Oversee and evaluate major proposals while monitoring substantial contracts. Recommend and implement innovative solutions to achieve functional objectives. Be an essential asset in key negotiations and possess the capability to resolve complex contractual and customer issues as they arise. Address performance issues, identify risks, and propose effective mitigation strategies, ensuring compliance with Leidos policies. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive engagement with Government contracting counterparts to meet their requirements. Lead the analysis and review of Request for Proposals (RFPs) to identify and mitigate potential contract risks. Review and negotiate Teaming Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, License Agreements, and OCI Mitigation Plans. Basic Qualifications BA degree with 12+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience. Deep understanding of all contract types (e.g., Time & Materials, Firm-Fixed-Price, and Cost Plus). Familiarity with the Defense Intelligence Agency and other intelligence agencies is advantageous. Proven ability to analyze complex information to resolve multifaceted problems and make sound decisions. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with a talent for fostering strong relationships with internal and external customers. Experience in dealing with Teaming Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, and knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations is essential. Willingness to travel as required. Preferred Qualifications Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen and possess (or be eligible to obtain) a Final TS/SCI Clearance. Pay Range: Pay Range $112,450.00 - $203,275.00 The Leidos pay range for this job level serves as a general guideline and does not guarantee compensation.
