We are seeking detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Service BDC / Rental Coordinator. In this role, youll provide vital support to our Service Department and Rental operations, helping ensure an exceptional customer experience from the first call to the final handshake. Answer inbound service calls and assist customers with scheduling appointments. Make outbound follow-up calls for appointment reminders, missed appointments, and service check-ins. Help manage online inquiries, chats, and leads, ensuring timely follow-up. Work closely with the Service Advisors and BDC team to support daily appointment goals. Assist customers with rental vehicle requests during service visits. Prepare and process rental agreements in accordance with company policies. Coordinate rental car availability and communicate clearly with customers about pickup and return details. Ensure rental vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for customer use. Track rental fleet inventory and assist with basic vehicle inspections. Maintain a professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude at all times. Benefits and Compensation

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; some college or related coursework is a plus. 1+ year of customer service or call center experience (automotive or service BDC experience a plus). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls and emails professionally. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced environment. Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen. Job Details
