Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently. Perform imaging, setup, and configuration of systems for new hires and refresh cycles. Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets; assist in hardware lifecycle management. Support video conferencing systems, meeting room technology, and AV setups. Collaborate with L2/L3 teams for issue escalations and infrastructure support. Utilize remote support tools (e.g., SCCM, TeamViewer, AnyDesk) for troubleshooting. Document issues and resolutions in ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow). Participate in on-call rotation and provide occasional after-hours support. Required Qualifications: 23 years of experience in an IT Service Desk or deskside support role. Proficiency with Windows 10/11, macOS, Microsoft 365, and enterprise tools. Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or Freshservice. Knowledge of basic networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN. Experience with MDM solutions (e.g., Microsoft Intune, JAMF). Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills. Seniority level
