We are seeking a versatile
Project Manager / Scrum Master
to lead cross-functional teams in the successful delivery of technology and business initiatives. This hybrid role combines traditional Waterfall project management responsibilities with agile delivery leadership, and is ideal for a professional who can flex between structured and agile environments based on project needs. Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end delivery of projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. Work closely with product owners, developers, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively. Track and report on project performance, budgets, and milestones. Support team development and promote accountability and ownership within project teams. Act as a servant leader and Agile coach to help teams mature in their practices. Qualifications
Experience in project management and/or Scrum Master roles. Strong understanding of both Agile (Scrum, SAFe) and traditional (Waterfall) methodologies. Proven ability to lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills. Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar. Relevant certifications such as PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP preferred. Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
