Overview
The SAP ERP Business Analyst analyzes company and business unit functions, processes, and activities to optimize technology-based business applications within the SAP ERP system. This role focuses on the effective use of resourcesmoney, materials, equipment, and personneland supports management's strategic initiatives and performance improvement goals by reviewing information, forecasts, methods, schedules, systems, processes, and procedures. The analyst will not be responsible for SAP implementation but will recommend and implement business solutions and improvements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities Data Entry and Management : Accurately enter and manage data within the SAP ERP system; ensure data integrity and consistency across modules; perform regular data audits and clean-ups to maintain data quality. Implementation : Lead the implementation of SAP ERP modules or coordinate with teams to ensure alignment with business processes; collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and design solutions; develop and execute detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and deliverables; configure and customize the SAP ERP system to meet business requirements. Training : Develop training materials and documentation for end-users; conduct training sessions and workshops; provide ongoing support and refresher training as needed. Problem Solving : Troubleshoot and resolve SAP ERP issues; serve as the primary point of contact for SAP ERP-related queries; partner with SAP support and technical teams to resolve issues and implement enhancements; analyze system performance and implement improvements to optimize efficiency; identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements; stay updated with SAP ERP trends and participate in system upgrades with minimal disruption. Documentation and Reporting : Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, changes, and procedures; generate regular reports and analytics to monitor system performance and business metrics; provide clear updates to management and stakeholders on project progress and system status.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of industry experience with SAP ERP implementation and support , or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong understanding of business processes and how they relate to ERP systems. Excellent data entry and management skills. Exceptional training and communication abilities. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. SAP certification is a plus. Good familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project).

Compensation
