Project Sales Engineer

Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing,maintaining customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires customer visits within the SEA region. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Ship industry. Visit customers regularly to provide technical consultation and promote company products. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions. Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations. Negotiate pricing, and terms of sales agreements. Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, service team, and customer support) to ensure customer satisfaction. Achieve and exceed sales targets and business objectives. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Provide feedback to management on customer needs and product improvements. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical or any related field. Min. 2 years' experience in Shipping, Marine, Offshore, Oil & Gas, Shipyard Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and travel.
