As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers have the best experience possible by assessing their needs and providing tailored solutions with our Sherwin-Williams products. D, Deerfield Beach FL 33442. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering exceptional customer service through effective sales techniques. Engaging with customers in person and over the phone to understand their needs and suggest suitable products and services. Building trusting relationships with wholesale and retail customers. Accurately processing sales transactions in accordance with policies. Aiming to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Maintaining precise work order files and formulas. Retrieving products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed. Mixing and tinting products to customer specifications. Restocking shelves and setting up attractive displays. Cleaning and maintaining store equipment. Loading and unloading delivery trucks, as well as assisting with deliveries when required. Ensuring assigned areas are stocked and presentable. Keeping up-to-date with available products and options for customers. Adhering to inventory control procedures. Proposing improvements to enhance sales operations. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years old. Must be legally authorized to work in the country without requiring sponsorship. Fluency in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills. Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Ability to lift and carry materials frequently up to 50 lbs, and up to 70 lbs on occasion. Availability to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. If internal, a recent performance appraisal rating of at least meets expectations. If internal, completion of all mandatory HR Cloud eLearning courses is required. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. At least one (1) year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role. Experience selling paint and related products. Familiarity with operating tinting and mixing equipment.
