This role plays a crucial part in enhancing the performance of our retail stores. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will collaborate closely with wholesale and retail customers to identify their needs, address their inquiries about Sherwin-Williams products, and propose the most suitable solutions. You will be responsible for promptly resolving customer concerns to maximize their satisfaction while staying informed about product features and maintaining the store's high visual and quality standards. Achieving excellent customer service while meeting the store's sales goals will be a priority. The position involves direct contact with customers, including minors, and requires handling cash and various payment methods, as well as access to sensitive items and information. Therefore, a review of criminal history will be conducted to ensure the safety of our customers, staff, and the overall integrity of the company. Your work location will be within a 30-mile radius of store # 705386, situated at 3065 Cranberry Hwy Ste 2, East Wareham, MA 02538. Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction through exemplary service. Assist customers both in-person and over the phone by identifying their needs and recommending products and services. Build trustworthy relationships with wholesale and retail customers. Accurately process sales transactions while adhering to company policies and procedures. Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Maintain organized work order files and follow proper formulas. Retrieve products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed. Tint and mix products to customer specifications. Stock shelves and set up visually appealing displays. Maintain cleanliness of store equipment. Assist with loading/unloading delivery trucks. Help with deliveries as required. Keep assigned areas well-stocked and presentable. Stay knowledgeable about product options and effectively communicate them to customers. Adhere to inventory control standards. Propose suggestions to enhance sales performance. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Must have legal authorization to work without needing sponsorship. A valid, unrestricted Driver's License is required. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion. Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: A High School diploma or GED. At least one (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service. Prior experience in selling paint or paint-related products. Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment. Fluent in more than one language, specifically Portuguese. Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish is a plus.
