Digital Consultants

is seeking a Program Manager who will provide overall leadership and management for a government contract, ensuring all services are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with DoD standards. The Program Manager serves as the overall leader responsible for the successful execution of the IT Infrastructure Support Services contract. This role ensures all services are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with performance standards and DoD requirements. The Program Manager provides daily oversight of contract performance, directs program planning and resource allocation, manages risks, and serves as the primary liaison with government leadership. The position requires proven experience managing large-scale IT programs, demonstrated ability to lead technical and operational teams, and strong skills in stakeholder communication, performance management, and service delivery.

Program Manager duties to include:

Provide overall management of contract operations, ensuring delivery within cost, schedule, and quality objectives. Lead development and execution of the Program Management Plan, standard operating procedures, and quality control processes. Direct and coordinate technical staff, ensuring proper workload assignment, certifications, and compliance. Serve as the primary point of contact with the Contracting Officer (KO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). Monitor performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and implement corrective actions as needed. Provide regular status briefings, monthly reports, and risk management updates to government stakeholders. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to contract performance, maintaining a risk register and reporting monthly. Oversee transition planning, ensuring seamless phase-in/phase-out with minimal service disruption. Ensure mandatory DoD training and certifications are maintained across contract personnel. Supervise preparation and submission of travel requests, trip reports, and other contract deliverables. Manage resource allocation and budget controls across task areas to ensure efficient use of contract funding. Foster collaboration across cross-functional IT service teams (Service Desk, Network, Infrastructure, Cloud). Support government audits, inspections, and quality assurance reviews. Requirements

Education : Minimum

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with a preference for a major in Information Technology Education:

Preferred

Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Information Technology Certifications: Required

IAT Level I Certifications: Preferred

Project Management Professional (PMP) Information Technology Information Library (ITIL) v3 or later Experience

5 years' experience supervising large IT Service contracts of similar dollar value and complexity 9 years' experience in an IT related field. Benefits:
