Qualifications
Basic
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Equivalent experience of three years in the specialty can substitute for each year of education. At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology. Preferred
At least 4 years of experience in test strategy and test design. Experience with the Insurance domain. At least 4 years of experience in test execution, analysis, and reporting. End-to-end testing experience in Policy Center, Billing Center, and Claims Center implementation projects. Expertise in developing workload patterns, estimations, and performance strategies. Automation experience using Selenium. Mobile performance testing experience is a plus. Strong coordination, communication, reporting, and analytical skills. Strong leadership qualities. Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies, AngularJS, etc. Ability to work effectively in a team with diverse stakeholders. Desire to work in a global delivery environment.
