Travel Position Summary: The Diabetes Educator plays a key role in the management and education of pediatric patients with diabetes and their families. This position provides individualized education and support, empowering patients and caregivers to effectively manage diabetes at home and in the community. The educator maintains their own daily patient schedule and works collaboratively with endocrinology providers, nursing staff, and the broader care team to ensure patients receive high-quality, coordinated care both during clinic visits and between appointments. REMOTE/HYBRID Position Possible Required/Preferred Years of experience REQ: 5 years First-timers accepted: Yes Cert/License Requirements: BSN OR RD with Masters
