Role Overview:

As a Senior Backend Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of developing AI-powered social products. You will architect and build robust backend systems that empower social marketers to seamlessly interact with cutting-edge AI models for image and video generation, driving innovation in content creation. Key Responsibilities:

Design and Develop Scalable AI Solutions:

Architect and build backend systems that enable seamless interactions between social marketers and advanced AI models for content creation, focusing on scalable, high-performance solutions. Optimize Large-Scale Data Processing:

Implement high-performance data pipelines to efficiently handle large volumes of structured and unstructured datasets, utilizing both SQL and NoSQL technologies. Ensure data integrity and optimization for AI-driven applications. Cross-Team Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and engineers, to prototype, iterate, and deploy impactful features that elevate user engagement and contribute to business growth. Architect and Scale Cutting-Edge Systems:

Research and implement innovative backend architectures that support large-scale data processing and high-volume user activity, ensuring system performance and scalability. Drive Technical Strategy:

Contribute to product roadmaps and collaborate with leadership to define and implement engineering best practices. Play a key role in shaping the future of AI-powered social media engagement. Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in backend development, ideally within fast-paced, early-stage environments. Expertise in developing scalable backend solutions using technologies such as Django, Python, and cloud services. Experience building and optimizing data pipelines for both structured and unstructured datasets. Strong problem-solving and design skills, with a passion for creating innovative, user-centric systems. Proactive mindset, with the ability to take ownership of projects and deliver results from conception to deployment. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
