Role: Xamarin (Android Developer) Location: Minneapolis, MN Type: Contract to Hire Primary Skills: Hands-on experience on cross-platform development using Xamarin.iOS and Xamarin.Android technologies. Minimum 4 years of experience in designing applications on iOS & Android platforms. Good understanding of Xamarin Insights, Xamarin Test Cloud, and Hockey App is preferred. Good understanding of Mobile Computing technologies and concepts. Good application development experience with Apple iOS 8 and above, Android 5.0 and above. Excellent communication and customer-facing skills. Experience working with Agile SCRUM methodology. Key Responsibilities: The candidate will be responsible for: Primary technical liaison with the customer for all technical aspects including app architecture and integration requirements. Defining and building the overall technical architecture for the mobile applications envisioned with the customer. Defining the technical requirements for implementing the mobile solution. Discussing technical aspects of the mobile application solution architecture with the customer, including technology used, methodology, and devices selected. Preparing technical solution and architecture documents, artifacts, work products, and presentations for the customer. Representing the technical solution requirements to all stakeholders. Active participation during solution and estimation activities with the customer. Represent the team in front of customers. Personal Attributes: Strategize, architect, and build technical solutions to align with business needs. Ability to liaise with customers and development teams and drive quality deliverables. Liaison with Subject Matter Experts to resolve queries and validate understanding. Lead and drive mobile application development. Gather, elaborate, and analyze business requirements and objectives; clarify requirements. Create & review technical design documentation; drive code reviews and manage code quality practices.
