Basic: Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of each year of education. At least 7 years of experience in IT. Preferred: At least 7 years of experience with Oracle EBS R12, including SLA (Sub Ledger Accounting) skills. Experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, architecture/design, and process detailing. Experience in development, configuration, solutions evaluation, validation, and deployment. Strong analytical and communication skills. Experience with project management. Willingness to work in a management consulting environment with regular travel.
