Our Company Offers Great Benefits, Including Generous Paid Time Off Competitive Medical, Dental & other wellness programs Disability and Life Company Paid Retirement Plan Options Generous Employee Purchase Discounts Salary Range: $135,000 - $192,000 What You’ll Do (Essential Duties And Responsibilities) Maintain responsibility for overseeing all areas of the production process at the plant location, ensuring that products are manufactured on time and according to cost and quality standards. Take the lead role in managing and improving the overall production process for the plant, including: cost, quality, and culture outcomes for the location. Develop the manufacturing plan for the plant and ensure that the plan is optimized to reach all established goals. Initiate, coordinate, and oversee all major projects within the plant. With the help of the production manager, lead and direct the production supervisors to accomplish their team’s goals within the overall manufacturing plan. Maintain primary responsibility for hiring, training, and developing staff. Mediate and resolve conflicts within the plant staff. Establish and enforce policies and procedures for maintaining the highest levels of safety, manufacturing excellence, and compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Consult with production supervisors and upper management to identify production inefficiencies and implement plans for their correction. Perform other duties as assigned.
