State licensure or eligibility to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT), Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), Occupational Therapist (OT), Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certification (CPR)
Basic Life Support Certification (BLS)
Stable work history
Experience as a Director of Rehab/Therapy Program Manager preferred
Responsibilities
Provide leadership, direction, and administration of daily operations related to patient care, clinical education, and development.
Communicate a shared vision for clinical excellence and ensure delivery of high-quality, cost-effective healthcare services aligned with evidence-based practices, policies, and legal requirements.
Foster a service-oriented culture focused on practice, collaboration, employee engagement, quality, patient safety, and overall patient/resident experience.
Collaborate with administration and center leadership to drive business excellence, including strategic planning, budgeting, and resource management.
