Project Management Specialist Duration:
6 months (Temp to hire) Remote OK with travel Main Responsibilities: Manage large-sized projects with high complexity at one or more sites. Perform project planning, tracking, and oversight to ensure project completion on schedule and within budget. Review project status regularly. Create Project Definition, schedule, budget, Resource Plan, and Project Execution Package. Present project updates to clients and stakeholders for approval. Hold project team meetings; manage team members, vendors, and subcontractors; obtain and engage vendor quotes; release project resources. Oversee project deliverables to ensure performance aligns with schedule and budget. Analyze actual versus planned expenditures and hours; evaluate deliverables against quality expectations. Exercise change management processes, update project deliverables, and obtain stakeholder acceptance. For Agile Scrum Master PMs: complete Agile ServiceNow development for Service Management Services and Service Desk/Work Management Offerings; contribute to ServiceNow integrations and development. Facilitate Scrum processes, organize and run Scrum calls, document issues, and maintain JIRA details. Ensure an environment conducive to team self-organization; shield team from external disruptions; enforce time boxes; keep Scrum artifacts visible.
