Client seeks Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant for September 11, 15, 17, & 18 and December 3, 4, 8, & 9 at their Corporate Health clinic in Wapakoneta, OH. Provider will see ages 2+ for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and Occupational Medicine issues. Provider will dispense medication to patients as needed; clinic staff includes 1 provider and 2 Medical Assistants. Hours are Monday 7:00am-6:00pm, Tuesday 8:00am-5:00pm, Wednesday 7:00am-4:00pm, & Thursday 8:00am-6:00pm, all with a 30-minute lunch break from 12:00pm-12:30pm. Provider must be Board Certified and DOT Certified and have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty, as well as active DEA Certificate to qualify for this assignment.
