Job Description & Requirements Ophthalmology Physician StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $ - $ This facility is seeking an Ophthalmology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: 24 hour call; 1 week per month Practice Setting: Inpatient Types of Cases: Surgical procedures to include trauma (open globe repair and all related procedures, eyelid laceration repair) or surgical procedure on the lids for the therapeutic treatment of ocular conditions (canthotomy/cantholysis for orbital compartment syndrome, draining of abscesses) Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days EMR: Epic Certifications Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) Licensure Required:Must have Active North Carolina License Job Benefits AMN Healthcare typically arranges medical or dental malpractice insurance for the contractor providers we match to client opportunities.
