Salary: $18-$25/hourly Growers trust Evergreen FS to deliver top-performing crop protection and fertilizer products that promise the best performance before, during, and after the growing season. Our Operator role involves helping to keep crops healthy for harvest to maximize crop production. Responsibilities: Service customers with crop protection and fertilizer application, assist in maintenance and servicing of agronomy equipment. Apply crop production products following recommended rates, procedures, and pesticide labels; record application data per regulations. Set up material handling, blending, storage, transport, and application equipment; blend products accordingly. Perform daily safety checks on vehicles; maintain and repair equipment, vehicles, and structures as needed; follow preventive maintenance protocols. Load and unload containers, pallets, or materials safely; ensure all product is accounted for with proper documentation. Operate sprayers, floaters, trucks, and other equipment safely, adhering to company, DOT, and safety standards. Assist in other departments as needed; perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; 2 years related experience preferred. Possess or be able to obtain a Commercial Operator's License and pesticide/fertilizer applicator licenses. Ability to work extended hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts. Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments, lift 51-70 lbs., and work at heights. Willingness to participate in training related to policies, safety, and job requirements.
