Job Description:
Opportunity: Grow Your Career
Responsible for delivering a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer service principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to support various store areas as needed.
- Model excellent customer service practices with internal and external customers
- Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
- Accurately process transactions, returns, and give correct change
- Promote credit and loyalty programs
- Follow merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for sale
- Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness standards
- Provide and receive recognition and constructive feedback
- Comply with labor laws, policies, and procedures
- Support shrink reduction initiatives
- Maintain a safe environment through safety awareness
- Perform other duties as assigned
Who Were Looking For:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Flexible schedule to support business needs
- Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing situations
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects with or without accommodation
- Effective teamwork with peers and supervisors
- Retail experience preferred
