Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team in labor and delivery. Demonstrate good communication skills. Prioritize and problem solve in a fast-paced environment. Commit to patient and family-centered care. Participate in orientation and training for various competencies and modes of care across the service. Float among units to meet variable needs of volume and acuity. At least two years of experience in labor and delivery is required. Operating room and triage experience is highly desired.
