This is a contract position for 13 weeks supporting multiple units based on patient care needs. Key Responsibilities: Lead the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate care. Utilize the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide and document patient care. Delegate and supervise patient care delivery. Educate patients and families, providing clear communication and support. Collaborate with the healthcare team and contribute to solutions for variances in patient outcomes. Flexibly float to units including 2ST, CVC, 4S, 4N, 2SA, Rehab, and Observation. Required Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of recent and relevant RN experience in a telemetry or acute care setting. Active RN license in the state of Michigan. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification. Locals also accepted at same rate.
