Lead Inventory Coordinator
Type of Work: Full-Time
Shift Availability: The candidate must have open availability on weekdays, evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnights.
Starting Hourly Pay Rate: $17.50/hr
Location: 2320 Western Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89102
Who You Are
As the Lead Inventory Coordinator, you will play a critical role in overseeing high-volume inventory operations at our dispensary. This position is responsible for receiving, tracking, and managing inventory in strict compliance with state regulations and company policies. You will lead inventory control processes using platforms such as Metrc, Dutchie POS, and other seed-to-sale systems, ensuring accuracy and accountability throughout the product lifecycle.
This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to train and support team members in maintaining inventory integrity. You'll conduct regular audits, manage product intake, investigate discrepancies, and help drive continuous improvement in inventory practices. Open availabilityincluding evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnightsis essential.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full inventory lifecycle with precision and compliance
- Oversee product intake, ensuring invoice accuracy and proper system entry
- Conduct regular cycle counts, audits, and full-store inventory assessments
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in collaboration with the Store Manager or Inventory Manager.
- Train and coach team members on inventory best practices and compliance.
- Maintain accurate documentation for deliveries, manifests, and receipts.
- Audit menu platforms to ensure product listings meet regulatory standards.
- Support scheduling and supply management for the inventory team.
- Travel occasionally (up to 5%) to assist nearby locations.
What You'll Bring
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail inventory leadership or supervisory role
- Minimum 1 year of experience in high-volume inventory management
- Proven ability to train and develop team members
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across all levels
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnights
- Commitment to compliance and regulatory accuracy
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach

Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, talk or hear, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, use hands and finger to feel, reach with hands and arms, and lift up to 25 pounds. The employee is occasionally required to climb, balance, and lift up to 50 pounds. This position requires close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less).
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional retail environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, POS systems, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. This position has allergen warnings including potential exposure to dust, pollen, and plant pathogens and requires the ability to work in confined spaces, have a high stress tolerance, adaptability, and be flexible to work in an ever-changing environment.
Nevada Hiring Range
$17.50 - $19.25 USD
