Position:
ETL Developer - Teradata to Redshift Migration
Must Have Skills:
Expertise in Teradata and Redshift data platforms, including prior migration experience from Teradata to Redshift.
Strong proficiency in SQL development, including complex query writing, performance tuning, and optimization techniques.
Experience working with relational and multidimensional databases for efficient ETL processes.
Experience in unit testing and writing/documenting test cases.
Prior Telecom experience, especially with telecom data such as topology, is a plus.
Analytical and critical thinking skills, well-organized, and a team player.
Proficiency in data modeling tools and techniques, including dimensional modeling, star schema design, and data warehousing concepts.
Day-to-day Responsibilities:
Developing and fine-tuning IT solutions, including coding, testing, debugging, designing, or implementing new tools.
Researching and planning solutions for existing problems.
Building online analytical processing (OLAP) systems and working with relational and multidimensional databases.
Managing team members within the IT department or company.
Solve problems by mining data, creating tables, writing reports, and communicating technical findings clearly to others.
