Position:
Application Developer (Java Developer) Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Java applications with leadership responsibilities. Gather requirements and coordinate with clients to set project schedules. Lead project teams and ensure timely delivery. Required Skills and Experience: 5+ years of experience in Java development. 5+ years of leadership experience, including customer interface and requirement gathering. 5+ years of experience with EJB. 5+ years of experience with Web Services. Experience with COBOL/IMS and/or DB2 is a PLUS but not required.
