Senior design and technical oversight of mechanical design on a variety of project types/scales, with mechanical staff to support design and production Regular collaboration with current mechanical department head and office director Learning how to establish the mechanical direction of projects Leadership of staffing, hiring, employee reviews, goal-setting, training/development, and general group personnel-related concerns alongside other technical leaders Qualifications
5+ years’ relevant mechanical design experience Professional Engineering (PE) license is strongly preferred Bachelors’ degree in mechanical engineering Revit and AutoCAD What we offer
