Overview Associate Director - Old Bridge, NJ at Compass One Healthcare (Morrison Healthcare). This leadership position assists the successful operation of Food & Nutrition Services in an Acute Care Hospital, including patient care, non-patient care (retail, cafeteria, catering), quality improvement, sanitation, infection control, and other hospital-related activities.

Assist in ensuring client and customer satisfaction and manage safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs. Maintain excellent relationships with patients, the Client, and other hospital departments. Promote professional growth and development of the food & nutrition services team. Foster strong inter-department relationships and integrate the food-service department with the facility operations plan. Support foodservice-related activities including patient care, non-patient care operations, quality improvement, sanitation, and infection control. Qualifications
B.S. Degree in Food Services Technology/Management or related field; or A.A. Degree plus three (3) years of directly related experience Certified Dietary Manager or Registered Dietitian (preferred) Minimum 1–3 years hospital or adult care experience depending on formal degree or training 3–5 years of direct foodservice operational management with inventory and purchasing knowledge Strong knowledge of food and catering trends with focus on quality, cost controls, sanitation, and presentation Previous P&L accountability or contract-managed service experience desirable Strong supervisory, leadership, management, and coaching skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent financial, budgeting, accounting, and computational skills Proficient computer skills ServSafe Certification Benefits & Perks
